A. Parents may secure child care applications from the Center during regular office hours. Regular office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
B. In addition to the application for admission parents are required to have a pre-enrollment conference with the Executive Director. Parents should bring their child with them to the pre-enrollment conference. This will give the child an opportunity to meet the teachers and other children and spend some time in their class before the first full day of attendance. During the pre-enrollment conference, parents are encouraged to share information about their child, voice their expectations of the program, and ask questions.
We ask that parents provide a few supplies each day that will help both your child and his/her teacher’s day go smoothly. Below is a list of needed supplies.
*An infant care form must be submitted on the 1st day of care and updated every three (3) months.
Little America Daycare provides Breakfast (8:00-8:30AM), Lunch (11:30-12:00PM), and Afternoon Snack (3:00-4:00PM). We participate in the U.S.D.A Food Program and all meals are provided at no cost to parents. All parents will be required to fill out the USDA Eligibility Form regardless of elegibility.
For the safety of children in our care Little America Daycare will only release children to parents or guardians with legal custody or persons over the age of 18 who have been designated to pick up your child by you on the Registration Information Form. If someone other than a designated pick up person will be picking up a student, we require that you inform Little America Daycare, in writing, in advance. Adults, including parents, who enter the center for the first time, will be required to show proper ID before picking up a student.
